When it comes to cuisine, we don’t cut any corners, spare any expense, or take the easy way out. There is nothing like seeing the satisfaction on someone’s face when they taste something homemade, which is why we love to make our menu items from scratch.
We hand-make Roux for our Etouffee and Gumbo. We slow cook Tasso and bacon into our Red Beans and Rice. We hand-bread and fry the best Louisiana Seafood, like Fried Catfish. We knead and stretch our 5 ingredient pizza dough for our Louisiana inspired pizzas, such as the Swamp Stock Pizza. We bake individual portions of Bread Pudding and Southern Comfort Pecan Pie.
A true Louisiana meal isn’t complete without a beverage in hand. Aside from our wide range of wine and beer, our hand crafted cocktails, like our NOLA Rum Punch, Mama’s Moonshine, and Lavender Lace make for the perfect complement to your down home meal. “Happier Hours” are designed to help you unwind after your 9-5 job, or to spend a Saturday or Sunday afternoon forestalling your Monday.
